Picked this up on a trip to Japan several weeks back. It's everything classic G-Shock in shape, size and attitude.

The Good:
- Classic look
- Check your email on your wrist
- Light weight
- Bulky, but not too massive
- Android and iOS support
- Vibrating watch!
- Quickly sync your phone's time (with the app)
- 2 year battery life

The Bad:
- 2 year battery life
- BT connectivity is slow and unreliable
- Alerts are shown in a TINY area in the top right
- Email checking requires you to set up your account on the app in the phone (doesn't use modern iOS APIs)
- iPhone app is total garbage (buggy, bad UX)
- No SMS alerts
- Email notifications show only the sender's address and nothing more
- Notifications only disappear after you press the mode button
- As mentioned above, no iOS 6 API usage (I think)

The Ugly:
- 2 days after purchasing, the phone complained of a dead battery (the clock still worked but nothing else). It mysteriously came back to life several hours later. This was the display watch, so it wouldn't surprise me if this died sooner than 2 years from now.
