Invicta S1 Signature Racers Mens Watch 7260 Review

Surprisingly nice watch considering the price. Well-designed rubber strap/case integration. Smooth as silk winding/setting crown. But what is the single push button supposed to do? It has no obvious function. Can't find any mention of it in the generic instruction manual that came with the watch, nor is there any mention of it anywhere on the web site that I could find. Note that this is a BIG watch!

Well, no thanks to Invicta, I figured out what the mystery button does. Set the crown to the first position (date setting), then press the button to move the 24hr hand... you can thereby independently set this hand to read another time zone, usualy GMT. If you hold the button down for more than a second the 24hr hand moves fast, if you momentarily press it it bumps about 20 minutes worth of angle. I have it set for +4 hrs re. the time on the normal hour hand, consistent with eastern daylight time.

The rose gold plating on the watch is very well done, and the bezel screws are at varying angles giving the impression that they might be real screws not just molded on decoration to indicate the hour positions of a 12 hr dial. The rubber continues to have a nice feel, the buckle is beatutiflly executed and massive, and the watch, although bling-bling-over-the-top big, looks awesome and I have revised my rating to 5 stars.
