Just installed this on my new Tissot wrist watch to replace the oem one the watch came with. The band is quite glossy compared to the picture shown here. Installation was easy, as the tool and pins are included. My pins were already installed in the band, so it was a simple matter to use the tool to remove the old band from the watch and then just get this one on, and you're done. The band is quite supple and is easy to cinch up on your wrist. Feels great to me.
