With each watch created, MH Bertucci studies the ways in which it will be worn and used. If traditional crown placement impedes wrist motion, they move it. If standard straps and buckles break in demanding situations, they build long-lasting nylon and leather straps and a more durable buckle and keeper. The Bertucci watches have three features which I think are undervalued. 1) The offset stem. This slight offset prevents the stem from digging into my wrist when engaged in biking, weight lifting etc., and 2) The titanium case is, for me, much less irritating than stainless steel or resin-based cases when perspiring heavily and 3) the fixed method of strap attachment as opposed to flimsy, spring loaded posts is much more robust when engaged in vigorous activities.
In summary the A-2T is a moderately priced, extremely durable, and accurate timepiece. That is all I ask of a watch.
