I just received this watch from Amazon, and I'm very impressed. The shipping process was very smooth and the watch arrived 2 days ahead of the expected date (international shipping from US to Canada).

The watch itself looks even better in real life than it does in the photos. The mix of gold and silver for the bezel/casing looks really sharp. I think this model is a much better choice than the version with the all-silver case. The more I look at it, the more I notice the subtle details that give this watch a look a quality. For example, the gold lines denoting the hour markings each have a different polish at their inner and outer edge, so they catch and reflect light in a very appealing way. Also, the subdial for the second hand is very easy to read, unlike with some other watches that have this feature. The luminous white paint on the main hands makes them stand out quite nicely. And of course the asymmetry of the design and the crescent moon shape of the day-of-month indicator give the watch a very unique look and a lot of character.

Are there any downsides? I would say that the watch face is a bit large for my taste -- but that's a matter of personal opinion. If you have small wrists like me, this may be a consideration. But I can't really fault the manufacturer for this, since large, bulky watches seem to be in fasion right now and this one is by no means over-the-top in that regard. Anyhow, I like the watch enough that this would not affect my decision to purchase.
