I bought three SMA035 watches (one for my brother as a gift) in 11 year time frame. The first, still working, SMA035 watch I have for more then 10 years. During this period my watch was repaired once (new battery) in 7.5 years of use. I love the auto-relay feature. I gave this watch only 4 stars (instead of 5) for the following reason: the model could be updated - because this watch is electromechanical, it might have to all existing features the additional digital displays for time and the battery charge level.

Urs Auer BA-505 Auer_BA-505-SlBlL Automatic Watch for Him Extraordinary hour hand Review

I saw this watch here and thought it looked kind of cool. I slept on the decision and ordered it the following day. Man, I should have just ordered it that first day. It is absolutely gorgeous!! I can't believe there aren't any videos or pictures out of it in action. I made a video as soon as I got it and it should be on Youtube. Anyway, it seems a little confusing at first when you look at it. The gold action is the hour hand. The large hand is the minute hand. The hand on the right is the 12 hour clock. The display picture makes it kind of confusing though. The watch is a little large, but it's ok, it's not huge. I'm 6'1" and about 185 lbs. so I'm not a big guy and it's OK on my wrist. The best thing? I ordered the watch Monday, it shipped from Germany on Tuesday and I had it on my wrist Friday afternoon. Quickest shipping I've ever seen without paying extra. Order the watch, you will not be dissappointed.

This is a large watch at 43 mm, but it feels smaller because of good design and perfect fit. It's robust with an all steel case and sapphire crystal glass. The light green dial with large black digits makes it very easy to read and the entire dial is coated with luminox which make it glow in the dark. The Orient company is owned by Seiko but makes their own movements, and in this one they use the high quality automatic; Caliber 46.943. The leather band is medium soft and has a long range of holes which makes it fit almost anyone's wrist. Solid, dependable, perfect fit and easy to read at a very attractive price - what more can you ask? Highly recommanded!

I lost all of my watches in the 2007 California fires. Im not rich but I love the look of a well made watch, and this one grabbed me eyes. as did the price. It is BIG and bold, it seems to be well made, its BIG, it keeps good time, the band is very nice, and did I say its BIG. Well Its BIG. Its made in Russia and its BIG. I keep pointing out that it is BIG because some will find it to be to BIG, but it does stand out. I love that it is a Mechanical watch, I love that I have to wind it every time I ware it. I have not timed it but I have never had it wind down any time I have had it on (18 hours max so far). one note and why I give 4 not 5 stars the color in the picture is not the same as the real watch, on my screen the metal had a light green tint (that I like) but the watch does not.
