I LOVE the watch, but when I received it one of the dial controls was loose/broken. I find it in poor taste that Amazon would send me something that isn't in perfect working condition. I now have to get it fixed and spend my time and extra money to do so which no one wants to do. It would have also been a waste of time to exchange it for a new one. Amazon should really check their products better before they send them out. I also ordered another watch that I received with a missing screw link, which isn't a big deal, but that just shows carelessness on Amazons part.
