Momentum Men's 1M-SP58B2C Quartz Analog Alarm Watch Review

I was really surprised when this watch arrived. The fit and finish of the watch was more than I expected for a 300 dollar watch. None of my Seiko watches feel this solid, or have a screw down crown like this time piece. It's to soon for me to report on the vortech GMT's reliability, but im sure this watch will last at least as long as my seiko's.
I wish Momentum would make a similar model with a low profile racheting 60 minute bezel. This would give the watch a chronograph like function, and I dont believe there are any other time pieces in this price range that have a large 24h Gmt function and a 60 min bezel.
Just a note: It would be nice if Amazon offered the watch with the sapphire crystal option.

Lastly, I called Momentum directly, before purchasing this watch because I needed more info and specs to help choose between the vortech gmt and their other analog GMT watch. They were very helpful and it was nice being able to dial a number and get a voice right away, instead of having to go through a bunch of dialing prompts.

It looks very elegant, and it is indeed a beautiful little watch. It is SMALL! A nice looking piece of jewelry, but is is so small, and the face is so dark, that it is very difficult to read unless you are in the brightest of light. The crystal is curved convex quite a bit, and it can distort the face from angles. Overall, a nicely made watch. It looks very pretty on a woman, but is quite difficult to read. Hamilton is a great brand with a history. That;s my take on it. The small size makes it very beautiful, but difficult to read. The style of it is quite unique. It has a band that is the only one I've seen that you can take out links without tools, which can be a real plus.

G-Shock Tough Solar Gravity Defier Grey Dial Men's watch #G-1200G-1A Review

This watch is not for the faint of heart. But if you are technically inclined, this watch is absolutely for you. The instruction booklet (emphasis on the last word) is not easy to follow. I have made for myself three pages with similar diagrams as the instruction booklet, but in my mind with much clearer explanations. That is, if you want to operate the watch with precision time keeping. That means that every month or so you should reset the second hand, and my instruction sheet will make it easy to do. The built-in precision of the watch is rather excellent, and resetting the seconds hand is not often necessary. I can be reached at censcomp@aol.com (email) and am willing to mail the instructions, of course with no warrenty since it depends on your skills how to intrpret the information. Other than the fine print instructions that are hard to read, I rate this watch as "fabulous".

By the way, there is a very similar model that almost looks the same, but includes "atomic" time keeping via the Colorado radio signal. It would be for those that are less technically inclined.

This watch completes my Revolver Series [for now]. I have now purchased [and received as gifts] 5 Android watches and I wear them daily. I am rough on watches and they keep up with me. This one is my new favorite even though it is in my bottom 3 for price! It is substantial both in look and feel. I don't get as many compliments on it though a lot of people look and I think it's because people don't know what to make of it. The color in person is even more vibrant than it was in the pics and the bullet detail on the bezel is quite recognizable even at a glance [not a watch for the shy]. The band is top notch and the contrast stitching as well as the color keyed clasp are great finishing details. So far it has been able to keep time without a winder for up to 2 days in my drawer and all I do is set the time and give it a shake and put it on.
