I've been watching and researching Gattinoni watches since I saw these beauties online. Being promoted under the Gevril Group/New Dover most often means unique, quality, watches that may be worth a lot more a few years from now. Although I didn't buy this watch on Amazon, I do own this model, and can tell you I am very glad I picked this watch. The Aries model appears to be very well made & solid. So far the watch is keeping good time. The black dial is a great background to show off the sparkling crystals set in the quarter positions and also surrounding the bezel; look a lot like diamonds. Yet, not ostentatious. The band is not a washed out color, but has beautiful vibrant colors. The band is initially stiff but breaks in after wearing. Looks great with jeans and casual wear or career oriented work days. I'm not a big woman, quite small, but I want my watches to make a statement and prefer something big enough to read time and big enough to get noticed. This watch is not as big as the Invictas I own, but the face is still bold, and surprisingly the watch is quite light. I have had people stop me and ask what brand the watch is and where can they buy one. I'll be happy to pass along Amazon's name.
