I purchased and then returned this watch. It is an excellent product with the ability to transfer its digital time to the analog hands much like the Tissot 3000 Touch. Build quality is good. Face visibility is good. The watch is built by Seiko.

However, the watch is often advertised (As it is here)as having "Indiglow Illumination" in addition to Luminous Hands. I checked the manual and also with the distributor and confirmed there is no face lighting system. The Luminous hands quickly dim in the dark. Thus the watch must be used with a light.

As long as the illumination specification is accepted, it is a fine watch. For me this was a deal breaker and why I returned it.
