I have always thought that Seiko watches were some of the best low to moderately priced watches. They have always been my "knock-around" watches. I have had several over the last 40 years and was never disappointed in their performance or ability to take abuse.

I wanted a watch to take on a vacation where I didn't want to wear my Rolex. However, I still wanted a watch that could look good in a more dressy situation as well as being waterproof and durable. This watch absolutely fills the bill. It is an extremely handsome watch, doesn't look like the usual Seiko traditional styling which tends to the conservative. It is also light in weight and has a security clasp that will not open unintentionally. I have medium to small wrists and it is an excellent size, very thin and comfortable to wear.

Highly recommended, esp. at this price!
