This watch comes close to being excellent, and what a shame it just missed. The watch face looks exactly as illustrated, but only in sunlight. Indoors, the face detail is difficult or impossible to read, and at night, there's not much glow. If only they had used a different paint for the logo, text, and minute indices, the watch would be perfect, and at an incredibly low price. The reason? Because the watch is "Swiss Made." It's difficult to fudge on a movement's quality if it prints that term at the six o'clock position. It is different and better than "Swiss Movement" and "Swiss Quartz." So for very little money you get a watch that's accurate to +/- 10 seconds/month. Unusual at this price, and a credit to Swiss Eagle, the watch has four other features that are "must haves" for demanding watch owners: sapphire crystal, screw-down crown, screw-down case back, and a crown protector.
